forum design

Ok comrades,
I am to design a bit the forum, with a logo for the I I I I symbol etc...
If you have any idea about something you would like to see, please let me know as it will take a nice time to design the whole anyway...

I lke the runes as button, and the color of the gothic's them. but the pictures are too heavy and my comp is slow at charging it.
Also i think it's more readable if we have a dark color for the background of the post.

lol - Now I'm sure you're not a designer ! >=P
(for info, the more readable is black text over white background - that's why the books are what they are). However, due to the claw we both seem to want as a logo, the black is recommanded indeed... And I said "black", not pissing brown or else ! ;)

paper doesn't generate light like a rvb screen, that's why white paper and black scripts, but for a screen I think dark background and light scripts are more readable.

I assume they're not actualy, even on a screen, but we will end here this subject as I agree for a dark background anyway ;)

I lke how it is actually, dark background and kind'a yellow font.
With 2d or 3d applications like autocad or 3dsmax i prefer white on a black/dark background.
It keeps my eyes from burning after an hour.
It is indeed different from reading a book IMHO
