Poll : design colors (forum v2.0)

Still working on forum's colors...
As the current magenta seems to disturb some of you (what I can understand
at the end), I would like the members (and also visitors) to choose which
chroma design they think fits the best to the IIII spirit.


Note that the skull shield is here because I've been told the wizard was too
close from a Llhooq's artwork. It may change with time, so only concentrate
on colors right now. But If you have other ideas feel free to express them...

This is a one choice vote, and the poll will last for 20 days.

Here are samples of each :

- 1 - electric blue as cold and deadly lightenings.


- 2 - purple/violet as a Minion of Kauldur


- 3 - yellow/green as a rotting leg
(this one would be an improvement of what was existing before...)


- 4 - grey and dark as dead bones
(no color at all in this case, only greyscales, from black to white)

By the way : I had to erase the Narita's CSS file in order to make all the
required changes in an easier way. I saved it though, and therefore will
be able to cast some ancient effects as they were again...

Same remark for some typo sizes and colors, wich will be less dependant
from each others...

I voted for purple, although I like the rotting plague, too.

I am torn between purple and rotting plague. I will vote later when I know what I want

You can add color suggestions though, like an "orange" line for instance
(I didn't save this option as it is already used by the official MoM forum,
and seems a too hot color for the IIII style imo).

Same remark for the colored picture at the center of the "IIII" logo. The
shield is currently used for profane's set ingame, therefore you may want to
see something else...

How would it look if you had purple text, but rotting plague skull shield?
I don't want to crate any more unnecessary confusion, but mixing colors
might look nice, too. Since the two colors are the exact opposites, they
can create a beautiful contrast. To make it even more complicated, you
can invert the header's colors (except the background), to make it look
even darker... or make all the options available from the Preferences.

Mixing both purple and green may be some good idea yes. I'll keep an eye on it during the second step. Thanx Draknir

Voted for purple

I grant that purple would logicaly be the best color for a lawful evil guild.
I cast therefore my vote as well... And it seems the purple wins without
any difficulty so far.
However, the rotting green comes in second, and since Draknir initiated the trick, I may use the green as a secondary color if needed.

Definitly prefer the Electric Blue theme,

It looks magnificent. The design inspires great awe.
I do not regret my vote, purple is my favorite by far.

... What a mess !

I believe that only the ones having the last first-letter in the alphabet should matter, which is Alba, Draknir, Hellago! Means the forum should be electric blue themed, .

CSS note :

- Narita's CSS was including a special opacity line upon buttons and images, that causes some typo troubles (bug).

- Even when deleted, the source code was still including the bugged line.
EDIT : on index page only.

- I had to fix it for ergonomics purpose, but did lost the opacity effects at the same time.

- I think it is better without fx things, most of all if those are preventing a good use of the forum, but I remain open in case you would like to see them again.
